Nextel cellular is now offering the Nextel National Power Plan. This plan includes unlimited Direct Connect minutes, unlimited nights and weekends, 500 to 2,000 anytime minutes, included cellular long distance, and no roaming charges.

Alas, power has its limits. You can only use Nextel cell phones unlimited Direct Connect minutes in the designated area of coverage only and do not include group connect minutes--you'll have to pay 15 cents per group minute. Note that Nextel nights begin at 9pm and end at 7am. Nextel weekends begin Fridays at 9pm and end Mondays at 7am.
