Tip of the Week

People are more likely to feel at home with cell phones today as they come with features available in many landline packages (such as call waiting, caller ID, three-way calling, voice mail, and speed dialing). Depending on the features most important to the user, cellular phones can be purchased with additional features that will accomodate different wants and needs. Some popular features include built-in speakerphones, voice dialing capability, a voice recorder (for recording small messages or to-do items), ability to download and play games and ringtones, a built in FM radio or MP3 player, Internet television (for watching news broadcasts and programs compatible with cell phones), and even GPS systems.

People have come a long way in their use of technology so why shouldn`t cell phones keep up with their users? There is also technology called Blue Tooth available through some carriers that offers a wireless connection to headsets, laptops, phones, printers, and other devices. This technology can also be used for multiplayer gaming and synchronizing calendars and PDA systems. Many mobile phones can also be synchronized using infrared technology for PCs and other devices.

The possibilities of cell phones are almost limitless as technology advances so shop around for the perfect one for you.
