Local plans are offered by US Cellular cell phone service. These US Cellular plans include a limited local area that will be determined by the location of the US Cellular customer's primary area of residence or travel. The plan includes unlimited CALL ME minutes. This refers to all incoming calls received in the local coverage area and the minutes are not deducted from the plan minutes. The plans begin around $39.95 per month for 1000 anytime minutes up to $99.95 per month for 2500 anytime minutes. The plans are able to be shared with additional ShareTalk lines available for $15.00 per month. Unlimited night and weekend minutes can be added for $5.95 per month. Activation is free online or $35 elsewhere and there is a $150 cancellation fee. Features include nationwide long distance, detailed billing, call waiting, conference calling, caller id, voicemail, and call forwarding.
