Tip of the Week

For the family that talks a lot the Family Share Plan is ideal! Often times people find that the majority of calls made on their cell phones are to loved ones. A Family Share plan uses this to the consumer`s advantage.

In this plan, multiple phones are provided. Although they share plan minutes, calls made between the provided phones aren`t deducted from the overall alotted plan minutes.
These mobile phones can be distributed to allow family members to share minutes.

The Family Share Plan has a set amount of minutes (used when not calling between provided phones) determined by the primary person on the account. Therefore, each person must monitor these minutes in accordance to how many minutes others on the Family Share Plan are using. Usually each cell phone will have a feature that will allow the user to check how many peak minutes they have left. Restrictions can also be put on the phones to prevent using more than an allotted amount of time.

If the family needs additional minutes, there are many different Family Share Plans to choose from to ensure that the plan is the best fit for everyone.
